The property I rented from Berman Property Group was in beautiful condition when I arrived and I enjoyed every day living there. I lived in one of Eric’s properties for a year. I am active duty military and had a last minute move from the west coast to beautiful Beaufort SC. Eric made it a seamless move for me and accommodated every need. Any and all issues with the home were taken care of quickly and communication was easy. I would recommend him to anyone. I miss SC but mostly my my little rented home in SC. I would rent from him again in a heart beat. All Real Estate agents should take notes.
