To handle the coastal elements, we established a rock-solid foundation by extending the existing concrete footprint. We integrated a custom perimeter concrete curb to ensure a completely dry, protected space, keeping future heavy rains out of the new entertaining area.

2. Structural Integrity & Aesthetics
The new roofline was tied directly into the original house structure to ensure continuous, clean lines. To keep the focus entirely on the design, all structural metal brackets and hardware were completely boxed out and concealed behind clean, custom trim work.

3. Premium Finishes
An elevated porch requires expert finish work to truly feel cohesive:

• Electrical & Comfort: Snoddy Electrical Service handled the wiring, installing dual outdoor ceiling fans and strategic power outlets for year-round comfort.
• Paint & Trim: All primary structural columns were wrapped in durable Hardie siding to perfectly match the home's original trim. EFG Painting then stepped in to prep and coat the new framework with premium, long-lasting finishes.
• Epoxy Flooring: Innovative Concrete Coatings completely transformed the floor with a beautiful, high-durability epoxy finish in 'Newport Flake'.
• Hosting Amenities: Diamond Porches wrapped up the space with premium Screen-eze noseeum insect screening and added custom cabinetry, countertops, and a working sink area to make outdoor hosting effortless.
