Some projects require more than construction—they require coordination. This renovation brought together an elevated screened-in porch, a new exposed deck, minor landscaping, and support for a kitchen remodel, all while the owners spent the summer in Maryland.

This project was all about trust and execution. Our client spends part of the year out of state and asked us to renovate three bathrooms and a home office while she was out of town.
